Your Guide

Emily Parolin

I'm a coach with a clinical background — I previously practiced as a Registered Psychotherapist before stepping away from regulated practice to focus on coaching. The training and lived experience inform how I work, but this isn't therapy, and I'm not your therapist. I help people move out of overwhelm and into more clarity, relief, and self-trust. My approach is warm, considered, and grounded in real change — especially for people who have tried other caring, well-meaning things but still haven't found what truly helps.

Many of the people I work with look capable and put-together on the outside, but feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Together, we slow things down enough to understand what's really happening, soften the patterns that keep hurting, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been buried under stress and survival mode.

You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you feel safe enough to understand what's happening, support meaningful change, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady and real.

My approach

  • Considered and nervous-system informed
  • Relational, warm, and collaborative
  • Practical—rooted in real change, not just insight
  • Paced to what you can hold; never rushed

Who I work with

The people I work with often feel weighed down by long stretches of stress, overwhelm, or burnout — especially folks who've tried therapy or coaching before and felt like something was still missing.
