Schedule a no-pressure 15-minute call at a time that works for you. There's nothing to prepare. No forms, no intake paperwork, no commitment. It's a gentle space to talk briefly and get a feel for whether working together feels right.

On the call, we'll talk about what's been hard, what you've already tried, and what kind of support might feel most helpful right now. You don't need to explain everything—just being heard is often a relief in itself.

If we move forward, sessions are warm, considered, and tailored to you. We'll create a plan together that feels supportive, practical, and paced to what you can hold. No lectures, no pressure to perform.
